We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Portfolio Administrator to support the day-to-day operations on a national retail portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing retail portfolio and work alongside a collaborative team committed to excellence in property management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Work collaboratively with the Property Hub team ensuring accurate lease and tenant data across the portfolio
• Assisting with lease administration, compliance tracking, and documentation
• Supporting the Portfolio Manager with reporting and analysis for portfolio performance
• Liaising with Centre and Facilities Managers, tenants, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Previous experience in property administration or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
• Effective communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
