Office Administrator JP Franklin location Auckland. $55,000 - $60,000 P/A.

JP Franklin is a rapidly growing & expanding roofing company based in Newmarket, Auckland (Very Close To The Train Station!). We're looking for an Administration Superstar to take control of the administrative side of the business. Part time Also Available.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to accounts entering payments received from bank statements and collecting overdue debts. Invoicing creating and preparing invoices. Purchasing creating purchase orders for expenditures and lodging these against the Projects. Payroll managing Payroll.

To be Successful in this role, you will need a high level of attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and experience with accounting software such as MYOB/Xero or similar  is essential.

To be proactive and work with minimal supervision. JP Franklin supports our people with flexible working hours. You're also more than welcome to bring your dog.
