Job description joining our small team and working from our office in Highbrook, Auckland, we are looking for an Sales / Office Administrator Assistant who is able to take assist with our Sale enquiries, Processing Orders, Customer Service, assisting with our Australian enquiries and general office admin duties. We are looking for an all-rounder that is a team player, with a friendly personality, possess great work ethics, is honest and most importantly flexible with the ability to address whatever arises with a smile.

Key accountabilities preparing Quotations for Clients. Processing and Dispatching Orders. Answering of Phone Calls for the business. Customer Service Support via phone and email. Booking in Servicing Jobs for clients. Invoicing PM Servicing Jobs. Filing / Archiving.

and a wide range of challenges that a dynamic fast-moving entity experiences especially in relation to customer tenders and associated deadlines. Our new position is available for immediate start. Remuneration will reflect the experience and personal qualities required.
