Crown is seeking Front Office Attendants to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a world‑class luxury environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences at Sydney’s most iconic property.

Key Responsibilities
Checking guests in and out while ensuring smooth, efficient front‑desk operations
Managing high‑volume guest flow during peak periods
Allocating rooms and escorting guests to their destination as required
Confirming and processing payments accurately
Using the Opera Property Management System to enter guest information and maintain up‑to‑date visit history
Delivering tailored, elevated guest experiences, including organising taxi and limousine services
Building quick, genuine rapport with guests and visitors
Remaining calm, professional, and solution‑focused in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment

You’ll Bring
Demonstrated experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced customer service environment
Proven ability to multitask and maintain accuracy while handling simultaneous guest requests
A consistently positive, professional attitude, even during busy periods or challenging situations
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with a diverse range of guests
Knowledge of Opera Property Management System (highly regarded)
Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, overnights, and public holidays
Unrestricted Australian working rights or a valid visa allowing full‑time employment
Immaculate presentation and grooming standards in line with Crown expectations
