JOB DESCRIPTION

What You’ll Be Doing

Greeting residents and visitors with genuine warmth (and great chat!)

Helping with day-to-day enquiries, parcel deliveries, guest check-ins, and move-ins / move-outs, including room inspections

Keeping our front-of-house and communal areas clean, safe, and looking sharp

Supporting fun community events and helping bring resident engagement ideas to life

Administrative support, managing email queries and community inboxes, CRM updates

Assisting with leasing questions, tours for prospective students, and ensuring residents feel supported

Sharing your best local tips to help students settle into life in Adelaide

What You’ll Bring

Experience within a customer facing role with a focus on service experience. Hospitality, retail, front desk / concierge or similar

Fantastic communication skills and a naturally upbeat, helpful attitude

Strong organisation and the ability to juggle tasks and priorities

Confidence using Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems

A passion for helping people and creating a positive community vibe

Comfort with occasional physical tasks and safe manual handling

Current driver’s licence + ability to complete Police and Working With Children checks
