We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and help maintain the premium standards our guests expect across our luxury hotel environment.
The Role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of one of Perth's leading hotel environments. You will motivate and support a large team of Room Attendants and Housekeeping team members, ensuring service standards, productivity targets and guest expectations are consistently achieved.
Working closely with Front Office, Maintenance and Hotel Operations, you will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, resolving operational issues and creating a positive and high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet Crown's luxury standards
Conduct room inspections, quality audits and spot checks to ensure exceptional presentation and cleanliness
Lead, coach and support Room Attendants and Housekeeping team members to achieve operational goals
Manage guest requests and assist with service recovery to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Monitor workplace health and safety practices while ensuring compliance with department procedures
Collaborate with operational stakeholders to maintain service excellence and drive continuous improvement
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor position or a senior housekeeping leadership role within a hotel environment
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, room inspections and quality standards
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining five-star presentation standards
Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
A proactive approach to leadership, problem solving and guest service
Experience using OPERA or other hotel property management systems will be highly regarded
Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays as required
