Your new company this CBD located non-profit organisation is seeking an administration coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. They are a member based organisation focused on the inclusion of individuals in minority groups.

Your new role receptionist duties responding to enquiries via phone and email. Assisting with organising meeting rooms. Assisting with organising events, Calendar management, Preparing report, Managing credit card payments.

What you'll need to succeed personable and proactive attitude. Previous administration/customer service experience. Passion to work for non-profit organization.
