Accounts or Admin Assistant Schlegel Pty Ltd location Sydney.

A market leader throughout the world in the supply of seals, hardware and components for windows and doors. Our company is currently enjoying growth and diversity and requires an experienced accounts or admin assistant who is quick thinking with a can do attitude suitable to join the team.

Functions include but not limited to accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Customer Service Back up, Weekly and monthly payroll back up, General administrative duties, Sales reporting, Managing and ordering stationery supplies, Answering phones, Ad hoc projects.

Skills & Attributes required the role is ideal for someone who is energetic, innovative with excellent soft skills who is looking to move into a varied and interesting position.

Minimum of 7 years’ experience excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word. Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise.  Ability to work with minimal supervision and be motivated, Team player. Ability to work 5 days with shorter hours.
