Accounts Receivable Officer Stellar Recruitment location Auckland. $70,000 - $80,000.

The role joining a team of two remote staff, and looking after both receivable and payable, this role will play crucial part in ensuring the end-to-end process of both credit control and invoicing for accounts is completed and processed each month.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to generate, send, and process invoices. Reconciliations of statements. Obtaining approvals from internal approvers. Monitoring timely payments and identifying discrepancies.

Prepare and distribute financial reports. End of month and end of year closing processes. Assist in audit and compliance reviews. Provide financial insight and information support to internal and external stakeholders.

In addition to the above this role will also collaborate with leadership and members of the business to identify opportunities where improvement and efficiency may be beneficial, and any other ad-hoc tasks which may go hand-in-hand with the roles over all responsibilities.

What do I need to have to be successful 4 years experience in a similar role. Advanced knowledge and experience in the use of MS excel and office suite. High-level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Flexibility to work in NZ without restriction via citizenship, unrestricted visa conditions, or residency.
