We are in search of a dynamic and well-organised experienced Finance Assistant to join a supportive team based in Manukau.

The role:
Permanent contract.
Start date ASAP.
37.5 hours per week.
Complimentary parking.
Pay between $60-65k per annum.
This position requires on-site presence and does not allow for remote work.

In this role you will be carrying out and recording assigned financial transactions such as payments, receivables, reimbursements, and other day-to-day transactions and to assist with other financial management and reporting activities.


Be systems savvy and must be proficient with MYOB systems.
Strong understanding of accounting practices and procedures.
Understands Tier 2 financial reporting requirements.
Knows cash handling procedures, cash management and forecasting.
Possess an accounting diploma, or equivalent experience.
Must have 2 years experience in a similar role in New Zealand
Must have a valid work visa for New Zealand.
