This prominent consulting firm focused on leadership and organisational culture development, is seeking a proactive and skilled Executive Assistant to join our team in East Melbourne. Role Overview:

As the Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of executive support, primarily managing the diary, emails, and appointments of the CEO to maximise their client engagement and project oversight. Additionally, you will support our Senior Consultants, ensuring seamless scheduling and effective management of business development and client-related activities. Your expertise will also extend to enhancing business processes and creating impactful presentations and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO's diary, emails, and appointments with precision, ensuring optimal organisation and time management.
Provide strategic support to two consultants, coordinating their schedules to maximise efficiency in business development and client engagements.
Serve as a primary communication point, ensuring clear and effective interaction between executives, clients, and internal teams.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through exceptional interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Planning and coordinating comprehensive travel itineraries and logistics for team events.
Assisting in the preparation and facilitation of internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
Addressing operational challenges, finding solutions, and escalating issues when necessary.
Supporting the organisation of corporate events, and managing post-event follow-ups and client engagement.

Demonstrated experience in supporting C-suite executives or a senior executive team.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, particularly in PowerPoint for creating visually compelling presentations.
