About the Opportunity

Due to continued growth across Queensland, we're looking for an experienced Chiller Technician to join our Brisbane Service Team.

This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of commercial and industrial sites, providing technical expertise across some of Australia's most advanced HVAC and chiller systems. You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy while being supported by an experienced team committed to your success.

What You'll Be Doing

Responding to emergency breakdowns and performing planned preventative maintenance

Commissioning chillers and HVAC equipment across customer sites

Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex system issues

Conducting overhauls and fault-finding on reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal chillers

Completing service documentation and technical reports accurately

Building strong relationships with customers and providing expert technical advice

Supporting customers with operational guidance and system optimisation

About You

We're looking for a skilled technician who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and wants to continue growing their career.

You will have:

4+ years' experience servicing HVAC, chiller, or industrial cooling systems

Strong maintenance, repair, and fault-finding capabilities

Mechanical and/or electrical trade expertise within HVAC

Ability to read technical drawings and schematics

Strong communication and reporting skills

Current Australian driver's licence

Ability to successfully complete pre-employment medical and background checks
