Service Desk Analyst Level 1 + 2 Hudson - Technology and Digital location Sydney. Salary $35 - $40 p.h.

Our client who is a government organization based in Sydney CBD who is looking for skilled Level 2 Service Desk Analysts to join an expanding team. This organization is currently going through a major transformation updating new systems and moving to cloud based technologies across its IT departments and is looking for ambitious, tech minded people to join this forward thinking team.

This role will focus on providing IT Support for its internal users across various campuses providing support face to face and via telephone. Due to the nature of the role you will be required to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal while also presenting yourself in a smart professional manner.

Required experience, skills and attributes 3 years service desk experience with at least a year at level 2, Relevant education across Information Technology, ITIL Certification or proven experience across ITIL methodologies, strong experience across Windows 7 and 10 support and deployments, Office 365, Exchange Administration, SharePoint, AD Azure, desktop and hardware setup, exposure to ticketing system service now, ability to set up and configure cisco unified communications and meeting room systems, knowledge across networking and cloud technologies Azure, AWS is advantageous, must be customer focused providing high levels of support.
