About the role this is an exciting 3 month temp role with the opportunity to travel across the north island all expenses paid for one out of the three months. Read below for all the details.

Responsibilities as a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 support to our staff, primarily assisting with the setup of new laptops, docking stations, and related equipment. Your main responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service and support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.

Assisting with the configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and other hardware. Supporting users in various service locations across the North Island during the 4-week travel period.

Logging all incidents and service requests accurately into our ticketing system. Collaborating with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. Participating in documentation and knowledge base maintenance to improve efficiency.

Qualifications we are seeking a candidate who meets the following qualifications experience or interest in working in a Service Desk or IT support role. Technical knowledge of desktops, laptops, and peripherals setup and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS operating systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver top-notch customer support. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes. Confidence in handling technical issues and problem-solving. A positive attitude and great team-player skills.
