Service Desk Analyst Ministry of Education location Auckland. $59,881.

About this role as a member of our existing team, you will assist us in expanding our support services from our Auckland location. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in providing IT Service Desk support for a wide range of business technologies to our internal customers such as mobile devices, remote access, MS applications, application support, networking, printing, desktop, exchange, shared folders, internet support, hardware, user security, and onsite assistance.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses these qualities. Salary range $59,881 per annum plus 3% kiwi saver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.

About you to be successful in this role you will have experience in an IT Service Desk environment using a call tracking system, preferably ASM. Experience in supporting windows computers, laptops as well as android and apple mobile phones Experience in supporting Microsoft Office Suite. Windows Server experience - basic Active Directory administration.

Do you have the following an attraction for technology and navigating different systems. A natural interest in helping people to resolve their issues or answer any questions, and know how to build relationships quickly. Excellent communications skills - you're a natural on the phone and can master a great email.

To thrive in this role you'll have sound customer service experience - preferably IT Service Desk. Tact, diplomacy, patience. Personal assertiveness and motivation. Fast keyboard skills. The ability to multitask and prioritise. High attention to detail, thorough, meticulous, and consistent.

A focus on results and solutions. Full driver's licence is desirable but not required. Can do attitude, if i don't know the answer - i will find it and will own every call, a focus on continuous improvement.
