About the role this is a varied and busy role looking after a portfolio of approximately 180, mostly local properties. You will have a dedicated Leasing Team, an award-winning New Business manager, excellent Administration staff and Accounts Personnel to support you.

The position requires excellence in all aspects of Property Management including routine inspections, rent reviews, maintenance, arrears control and liaising with established clients. Competence in rest, FileSmart and Our Property would be an advantage, but training will be provided. Work Monday to Friday with a rotating Saturday every 7 weeks and day in lieu the following week.

About you the successful applicant for this varied and busy role will have a passion for Property Management, with at least two years’ experience.  You will be enthusiastic, possess a positive, can do attitude and have excellent organisation, verbal and written communication skills. You enjoy building lasting relationships with your clients, take pride in attention to detail and have strong people skills.

You will hold a current Certificate of Registration or License, a current NSW drivers’ licence, and have a reliable car. You have a sound understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and NSW Property Stock and Business Act.
