Senior Property Manager Buxton Pratt Consulting Pty Ltd location Melbourne. $90,000 – $100,000 per year.

Our client is a very successful, forward thinking and reputable Real Estate agency in the heart of South Yarra. Their dynamic and innovative approach is what sets them apart from the rest.

They see the value in experienced Property Managers looking after the clients, and this is why they provide full support for all administration and out of office appointments so the Property Managers can focus on what they do best.  As a result, this position is mainly office based with all leasing appointments, ingoings, outgoings and routines taken care of by a dedicated leasing and field services team.

Some more information about the role portfolio is around 170 properties with a few multi owners, No weekends. Have just gone to Our Property (making it an ideal time to join this team as all staff will be transitioning over at the same time). Generous base salary plus incentives. Property Managers are heavily supported with all administration and out of office tasks taken care of Flexible and hybrid working arrangements offered, 1 - 2 days home.
