Property Manager Aquire Real Estate location Melbourne. Salary $55,000 - $69,999.

Aquire are looking for a Property Manager that can deliver an excellent standard of Client Relationship service. We will consider those with Property Management experience of at least 3 years. The successful candidate will be someone who is a relationship manager - owned their own business or worked as a client solutions liaison, i.e. someone who knows how to create a Project Plan, How to Communicate throughout the Plan, modify communications to suit the recipient (reads the room) and takes necessary actions to follow up in the clients' best interests.

You must have the following skills strong organisational skills. Good communication skills both written and spoken. Dispute resolution and negotiation. Competent computer skills (Property Tree knowledge preferable). Excellent time management skills and can do attitude. Agent's Rep Certificate.
