About the role we have an exciting position available for a combined Leasing and Property Manager based at 454 Collins Street. As our combined Leasing and Property Manager for 454 Collins Street, you will have overall responsibility for the operations of the building.  This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic property professional who is looking to take the next step into a management role. You will be kept busy and have a lot of fun managing the overall leasing for the building, as well as managing the day-to-day operations.

Leasing manage the entire leasing process from enquiry, through the negotiation and execution of the agreement. Work closely with external partners, agencies, brokers, and sales aggregators to help drive leasing. Create new revenue growth through up-sizing and renewing existing tenants. Engagement and customer relationship building across all touchpoints to drive relationship building.

Property Management managing tenant, set up and monthly billings through our automated commercial management platform. Collecting any outstanding arrears. Manage all contractors who are engaged to perform monthly/ routine maintenance of the building. Ensuring timely rectification of any issues within the building that may arise from time to time.

Experience / knowledge preferably 3+ years experience in commercial or residential property leasing or property management. Previous experience in relationship management, customer nurturing and lead generation campaigns. Experience working with CRM systems is highly desirable. High level of IT and digital proficiency e.g. Microsoft Office Package, social media, data management and LinkedIn is preferred. Demonstrated experience in a constantly changing, flexible working environment. Outcome focused, with exceptional negotiating, sales influencing skills to successfully close a deal, and customer relationship management.
