An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Pricing Administrator to join our team based in Bayswater, VIC.  Reporting to the Pricing Supervisor, the role will be responsible for administration support to the wider pricing team. This a 2 month temporary assignment Monday – Friday opportunity.

About the role filing and scanning, Preparing connotes, Manage paperwork flow, read run sheets and connotes. Basic excel skills required. Communicate with Operations teams, company drivers and subcontractors. Meet strict weekly deadlines. Invoice customers once Pricing has been completed every week.

About you accurate data entry skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel. Confident and friendly phone manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A high work ethic and commitment to your responsibilities.

Professional demeanour with a positive can-do attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a team and autonomously. Demonstrated experience in Customer Service / Administration roles. Flexibility and reliability. Previous experience in the transport industry will be highly regarded.
