Office Administrator Kaizon Building Limited location Auckland.
Based on the North Shore, our growing consultancy business focuses on employing the best people to provide the best service to our Clients. We focus on employee engagement and we have a strict No Dickheads policy.
You will be the first point of contact for the company so the ideal candidate must have a pleasant telephone manner and good communication skills. A confident disposition. A positive can-do attitude with attention to detail. You should also have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Responsibilities include incoming and outgoing mail and email. Answering incoming calls. Filing and archiving. Maintaining Client and Supplier database. General administrative support for the team. Client and Supplier data entry in Total Synergy and Xero.
