Description
Office Administrator Cultivate location Auckland. $60,000 - $65,000.
Based in the Newmarket office and joining a team of 50, you will be covering the morning shift which will and could involve covering Reception and being the go-to for your workmates. Type, format or amend various reports and documentation.
Create and update new and existing client details within internal systems. Scan, file and archive online client files. Assist with facility, office or building enquiries. General office coordination – stationery, kitchen supplies, couriers etc.
Organise travel bookings, couriers and taxi chits. Manage credit card reconciliation and organising expense claims for approval. Ordering of IT consumables & update IT register. Assist in organising events, functions and e-casts or newsletters when required. Ensuring office and kitchen areas are kept tidy.
