Office Administrator Bay Electrical Co Ltd location Wellington. $25 - $29.99 per hour.

We are a small family orientated Electrical Company that has been operating in the Wellington region for over 30 years. As our current Office Manager is retiring, we are now looking for someone to join our team for 20 hours a week over five-day period.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office/ workshop and work closely with the Business Owner on delivery of required administrative services. We are a flexible team and happy to consider working from home options and flexible hours.

Key responsibilities management of an office with 7-8 trades people. Managing all aspects of payroll. Overseeing end of month and end of year accounts. General Daily Administration and Working to Deadlines. Customer Interface. Accounts Administration, GST, Timesheets and Payroll. Data entry, invoices, and debtors. Process development. Training provided to suitable applicant.

Key requirements be highly organised with a proactive with a can-do attitude. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows suite. Knowledge of MYOB and Xero platforms (training provided to suitable applicant).

Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders from Apprentices through to construction Project Managers and suppliers. Experience in the construction sector not required but would be a bonus. Working from home and time off during school holidays negotiable.
