We specialise in Existing Conditions Documentation, Lettable Area & Marketing plans to the commercial property industry in Australia. We are a leader in this field and due to continued growth and development we have the exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Junior Draftsperson.

The role as a junior draftsperson, your time will be split between field work and the office, accurately measuring existing buildings and producing the required documentation. You will initially spend your time assisting other team members where you will be trained using the latest surveying equipment on a wide range of projects.

About You our ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude who is looking to develop their skills. You will have completed your studies in Building Design, Architectural Technology or similar & have an interest in all aspects of the industry which includes surveying. Any experience in AutoCAD / Revit / 3D Pointclouds would be an advantage.

Important qualities include excellent communication and time management, attention to detail, feel comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment, a current driver’s license, permanent residency.

Would be an advantage 1 -2 years working experience, Good CAD and/or 3D skills.
