We currently have vacancies to work with an ASX listed, global company offering immediate starts for Accounts Payable professionals on both a short-and long-term basis. Based in Sydney’s CBD, this role is well suited to Junior Graduates or entry level professionals looking to make their first move in Finance.

Key duties will include assisting with the day-to-day operations of the processing and payment of supplier invoices, expense claims and additional payments as required. Complete daily bank reconciliations for multiple entities, including applying customer and supplier payments to relevant accounts and following up outstanding customer receipts. Maintain credit card register and process credit card acquittals. Manage Accounts Payable inbox.

About you Degree in Accounting/ Finance / Commerce or relevant discipline desired. Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly. Outstanding written and verbal communication. The desire to deliver exceptional customer service. Creative mindset & ability to problem solve. Experience working with Dynamics 365 (desirable).
