The Role

Located within the award-winning Crown Towers Melbourne, In-Room Dining delivers exceptional dining experiences directly to our guests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, professional and guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our In-Room Dining team at Crown Towers Hotel on a part-time basis.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll be a gracious and vibrant host, creating memorable moments through genuine care and connection. Guided by Crown's 4Cs of Service Excellence – Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care – you'll play an integral role in delivering the luxury service experience Crown Towers is renowned for.

In this role, you will:

Deliver food, beverages and amenities to guest rooms with professionalism and attention to detail

Provide exceptional, personalised service that exceeds guest expectations and reflects Crown Towers Five-Star standards

Set up, service and clear in-room dining orders efficiently and discreetly

Support the day-to-day operation of the In-Room Dining department, including opening and closing duties

Maintain presentation standards, service equipment and work areas to the highest standard

Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally, building rapport with guests from all backgrounds

Adhere to RSA legislation, food safety requirements and Crown's OH&S policies and procedures

You'll Bring

Availability to work a minimum of 3-4 shifts per week across a 24/7 rotating roster, including late nights, overnights, weekends and public holidays

Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage or hotel operations is preferred

A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment

Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with guests at all levels

Exceptional personal presentation and grooming standards aligned with a five-star hotel environment

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail

A valid Victorian RSA certificate
