Archland Property Group is a small size development company. We are based on the North Shore Sydney and are now looking for a self-motivated individual to work in an Accounts/Bookkeeper/General Assistant role within our organisation. This is a permanent position that would suit a highly organised individual with qualifications in bookkeeping and confident to work without supervision.

We are a busy team and your knowledge of accounting principles and computer skills must be at a level where you can work autonomously. Your well-developed time management and organisational skills will help us grow and scale our business, while having the support of our team and manage within a relaxed and friendly working environment.

Remuneration package offered reporting to the Company Directors, your duties will include coordinating the payroll processes; including time sheet data entry, leave entitlements, GST reporting. Supporting and managing the accounts receivable processes; including credit control and following up on owed debt (as required). Supporting with the management of the month end ledger reports, and month and year end processing. Coordinating cash flow analysis and management, as well as balance sheet reconciliations. Managing the accounts payable processing to ensure the creditor payment schedules are met. General office administration. Significant experience in a similar role using MYOB.

Bank Reconciliations weekly, fortnightly and monthly. Preparation of Superannuation. Preparation of quarterly BAS including reconciliation of balance sheet each quarter. Experience working in the construction industry would be beneficial.

Skills and experience be able to speak, read and type in Chinese, and excellent in English. Experience in a finance officer, finance assistant or assistant accountant position previously, where you have gained skills in payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Experience working in a fast-paced and tight deadline environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese. IT literate with key competencies in Excel. Friendly and positive work ethic.
