As a Project Manager, you will be pivotal in leading our delivery team, collaborating closely with our design experts, consultants, and clients. You will ensure the seamless execution of our acclaimed culture and leadership programs, leveraging your strong project management skills to coordinate resources, manage schedules, and oversee all project deliverables. Your role will be crucial in providing an exceptional client and participant experience through effective account management, stellar communication, and adept problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute project plans in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer and Strategic Consultants, delivering solutions that are sustainable, efficient, and impactful.
Establish and maintain strong, enduring customer relationships that align with their values and enhance reputation as a trusted partner.
Coordinate and manage comprehensive project logistics from inception to completion, ensuring optimal stakeholder engagement and program success.
Implement technology-driven strategies to enhance project delivery and client experiences, continually seeking innovative solutions to improve their processes.
Actively participate in and support the development of team culture, reflecting core values of integrity, flexibility, and a commitment to making a difference.
Required Capabilities:

Proven experience in managing L&D, OD, or culture change projects, with a demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the capacity to build rapport and establish credibility with key clients swiftly.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a growth mindset focused on continuous learning and improvement.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, and proficiency in MS 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience in a consultancy environment is preferred, with a solid track record of managing budgets and adapting to hybrid work settings.
