Customer Support NZ Mars Recruitment location Auckland. $65k - $75k p.a.
What you'll be doing this Australian owned business are looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join their New Zealand team. This role is based in Ellerslie and is a full-time Monday to Friday position. The business specialize in software sales, so this role will have the Customer Support Administrator based on site at their largest Auckland client, being there to troubleshoot when needed.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria experience in a support role. SaaS sales industry experience. Use of ticketing system (Zendesk preferable). Excellent communication skills.
