Salary - $66,298.00 to $72,077.00 per annum plus employer contribution to Superannuation and annual Leave Loading 4 weeks annual leave per year of service. About the role the primary purpose of this role is to provide front line services to the community from a local office (Community Service Centre or "CSC"). The role involves a range of client and administrative services that contribute to the effective delivery of quality services in a CSC.

About you as a Customer Service Officer, you will support the service delivery of the CSC's administrative functions and provide high quality Customer service to our clients both in person and over the phone. You will have a strong customer service background, attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills.

Essential requirements the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012 requires persons engaged in children related work to have Working with Children clearances. If successful in this role, you will be required to provide a Working with Children Check clearance number before you start.

A valid Australian Drivers' licence is required. Appointments are subject to reference checks and a National Criminal Record Check in accordance with DCJ policy and the Disability Inclusion Act 2014. It is also essential that the successful applicants are fully vaccinated and able to provide acceptable proof of vaccination status.

Preferred requirements candidates should have flexibility for travel to assist at the Cluster's other CSC locations of Cooma and Yass.
