Cosmetic Receptionist Skindepth Dermatology location Melbourne. $30 – $34 per hour.

Skindepth Dermatology is looking for a full-time Cosmetic Receptionist. We are a hybrid practice offering both dermatology services and high level cosmetic treatments. With the cosmetic side of the business rapidly growing we are looking to find a skilled receptionist/administration all-rounder to join our team.

The position this is a Full-time position at 38 hours per week. Rosters will be on a rotating basis to include up to 2 Saturdays per month, therefore availability to work Saturdays and some evenings is essential.

The role being the first point of contact within the clinic; outstanding customer service, interpersonal skills & having a warm, positive manner are some of the key attributes to succeed in this role.

Duties may include the following booking appointments (Timely booking system knowledge favourable). Handling enquiries (phone and email). Providing administrative support to the clinical team. Billing and cash handling. Providing exceptional and professional customer service. General reception duties.

What would make a successful applicant cosmetic/beauty/wellness clinic or salon experience essential. Previous knowledge of skin care & treatments highly regarded. A passion for learning about the medical/cosmetic industry. Friendly but professional telephone manner Highly organised and meticulous attention to detail. Adaptable and flexible.
