Who we are tlc4u2 provides homecare services to clients throughout Northland and Auckland. Identifying appropriate levels of care, offering realistic choices, maintaining, or enhancing lifestyles and promoting independence are some of our prime objectives.
The role we are currently seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. A full driver licence, excellent computer skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office programs are essential for this position, and experience in medical or healthcare reception/administration is desirable. This is a full-time role: Monday-Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm.
