Receptionist (School Office) Taradale High School location Hawkes Bay. $29 – $32 per hour.

We are looking for someone who is calm and confident, organised, has cultural competence and is able to use initiative. You will be proficient with computers and able to follow systems procedures. You will be resilient, professional and comfortable communicating with visitors, students and families/whānau and unfazed operating within an at times busy office environment. Remuneration range $29 - $32.

Requirements of the role are Monday - Friday,  10.30 am - 2.30 pm, term time only. There may be additional hours that become available at ad hoc to assist with the running of the office, at various times in the academic year. You may be called upon to provide cover for the other reception staff member for sick/other leave

previous experience in a customer service and/or admin-based role would be desirable. excellent communication skills (both in person and on the phone). Operate KAMAR (SMS) database, and Microsoft Office 365. General administration tasks. Occasional first aid.
