Chiropractic Receptionist New Lynn Chiropractic location Auckland.

We are looking for the newest member to join our fast-growing team. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin. Do not apply unless you speak both fluently. New Lynn Chiropractic is a busy practise and is passionate about providing exceptional care for their clients. To support our Chinese clients, we are in need of a high energy part-time front of the house team member who can provide great customer service, complete the administrative tasks and ensure the practise runs smoothly while directly supporting the needs for our Chinese clientele and Chiropractor.

The duties and responsibilities of the role include but not limited to organising appointments, Meeting and greeting clients, Answering phone calls, Processing payments, billing ACC and insurances, Responding to emails, Balancing the day-to-day workings of the practice.

What we are looking for fluent in both Mandarin and English. Outstanding people skills and ability to work well within a team. Impeccable personal presentation. Ability to multitask and complete assignments. A positive attitude and healthy outlook. Willingness to learn and grow.
