Administrator Perpetual Guardian location Hawks Bay.
About the role we need a motivated administrator within the Client Records team which will also support the broader Client Operations team. The role involves a large volume of static data updates in a number of un-integrated systems as well as answering questions (phone and email) coming from all levels of the organisation. It’s a busy position requiring someone with excellent customer service and the passion to become a master of our systems and a go-to person. There is a lot to learn and there is room to grow here.
Key responsibilities be super helpful. Be flexible and be an enabler to work to get across the line. Data maintenance and bulk system updates involving updating and reconciling static data in all systems opening/editing/closing accounts in all systems, setting up/editing/closing of periodic payments, CRM systems amendments. Managing multiple email inboxes, responding to queries and escalating where appropriate.
Ensuring that all client documentation is compliant and that we operate within the governing rules and regulations of our industry and organization. Checking and filing of Client products of a sensitive nature e.g. personal Wills. Answer phone calls for the team and answer or divert appropriately.
About you (skills and experience) 2+ years in an administrative positon. Able to multitask and juggle priorities. Patience to conduct time-consuming and repetitive tasks particularly related to system updates and data capturing. An understanding of the importance of accuracy and the ripple effects of getting it wrong – proven attention to detail.
A mind for systems and the ability to pick up new system knowledge with ease. Proven relationship building skills that will allow you to work as a team and create trusting relationships between you and your internal clients. AML knowledge/experience beneficial but not essential we will train the right person.
