Administration Nepean Regional Security P and L location Sydney.

Due to recent contracts and expansion we are looking for an office go getter. Nepean Regional Security is a business based in Penrith. We have been in operation for 24 years and its a family owned and run business. We are determined to deliver the best possible security services and customer experience in a friendly and timely manner to keep us ahead of the rest.  We are one of the most awarded security companies in the State because we make our clients feel warm and fluffy and appreciated at all times.

It's because of them that we have a business and able to provide work for people. NRS is a 24/7 security company that have about 40 personnel working for it - not in the office - they are security people -  its a busy little place. The great news is that we get to look after and secure amazing assets - such as the Western Sydney Airport. ( Yep we do). So, that's where you can come in.

What you will be doing data entry and updating data bases - data entry and data entry. Answering phones. Answering emails ( we get a lot of them). Dealing with email enquiries and actioning them. Providing administration assistance to the General Manager and Accounts Manager. General administration, including at times, doing quotes and taking bookings.  Ordering stationary. Dealing with clients and customers and making them feel like they are the only one in the world. You play a vital role in the journey of the business, and must have a client focused attitude ( we love our clients) and basically take the work load off the GM.

What you will need experience with excel. A love for data entry ( yes we know… groan). Be able to navigate a computer. Administration experience. Microsoft office ( Windows 11 we think). Microsoft word. Outlook. Not much but some knowledge of XERO. Excellent communication skills including a professional phone manner. Attention to detai. Accurate data entry. Team mentality and a positive attitude. We also love to employ locally so local is a big tick. About the Boss ( where do we start with this one- take a seat and grab popcorn).

She is highly connected in the community and well known in the community and on community radio. Is a go getter and does bounce off the walls most of the day. Can be very loud at times. Gets very over excited and has been told that she talks at 200 decibels on the telephone to clients and has a laugh that sounds like a minion that has sucked a gas bottle. Does have a very dry sense of humour and gets stale on the dad jokes- no one laughs except her. Always blames the computer because she cant find a file or document ( she can naver find a document ) Absolutely hopeless at finding stuff on the computer.

While I am happy to talk about the hours - The hours will be Tuesday, Thursday , Friday each week  ( however please be aware that you may be asked to do say Wednesday instead of Tuesday) - The role will start as a casual role first and then if we all work out that we all love each other - Then have a possible discussion about part-time - the hours will be 9:30am to 2:30pm,  This is an in office position.
