Job Vacancy – Office Manager Bellevue School is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will be someone with excellent administration skills who would thrive in a busy working environment supporting the needs of our students, staff, whānau and community.

We seek a professional who has a welcoming, friendly demeanour suited to being the first point of contact with a great sense of humour, is honest, reliable, respectful and trustworthy, is able to maintain confidentiality at all times,  has excellent time management skills and enjoys variety in their day, is self motivated and adaptable, can work unsupervised, show initiative and also take direction, can stay calm under pressure.

Key responsibilities of the role include excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to demonstrate tact diplomacy and discretion, and to deal with sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

The ability to work as part of a team, working cooperatively with others and with a proactive, problem-solving approach to work. The ability to multitask, prioritise and re-prioritise to achieve successful outcomes. Excellent computer skills, with proficient use of Microsoft and Google suites essential. Well developed literacy skills (writing, spelling, and grammar skills) with excellent attention to detail. Experience and understanding of ENROL and student management systems (eTap) is highly desirable.

This is a permanent, part time position for 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday in school term time only, with some additional hours during the school holiday period. This position is available to start from Monday 29 April 2024.
