Account Assistant location Macpherson / Potong Pasir, East. Account assistant location ubi ave, basic salary $2000-$2400/month, working hours 9am to 6pm, monday to Friday. Responsibilities report to assistant finance manager, handling of partial accounts, issuing invoices and data entry, manage ar billings, cash payment, petty cash and receipts, prepare monthly schedules and bank reconciliation, verify daily settlement slips and prepare monthly turnover rent statements, assisting in daily operations, reporting and month end closing, ensure compliance with internal control procedures, any other duties as and when assigned from time to time. Requirements minimum diploma in accountancy candidates who have not completed but continuing with their course may also apply, minimum 2 year of relevant experience, proficient with microsoft office and knowledge in navision system will be an advantage, excellent communication, interpersonal skills and possesses good attitude, a team player and able to work independently, able to start work immediately.
