ABN Group, Australia’s leading construction, property and finance company. As a New Homes Consultant, you will be employed by ABN Group while working under one of our Residential Brands, Celebration Homes, Dale Alcock Homes & Home Buyers Center.

The Role

As a New Homes Consultant, you will represent both ABN Group and the individual building brand by delivering exceptional results through the sale of our award‑winning house and land packages. You’ll do this with consistency, integrity, and reliability, while living our values: Leadership, Authentic, Relentless, Excellence, Passion and Fun.

You will be required to work at our beautiful display homes around Perth on Wednesday’s from 2pm-5pm, Saturday’s and Sunday’s 12pm-5pm.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Managing and responding to bulk inquiries generated by our brand though various channels, including display office and online platforms
Supporting and guiding clients through the sales process, providing valuable insights and expert advice
Conducting engaging display home opens, showcasing our innovative designs, and helping clients envision their dream home
Assisting clients from initial discussion to hand over
About You

We are seeking a talented and driven professional who is passionate about sales and possesses a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Have a proven track record as a high-performing sales consultant in the building and construction industry
Demonstrated exceptional sales results and a deep understanding of the customer journey
Approach sales with a customer centric mindset, understanding their needs and providing solutions
