About the department/operation/programme the Southern Divisional Headquarters of The Salvation Army supports the strategy and work of The Salvation Army throughout the South Island, across 24 Corps and Centres.

About the role/job description to provide administrative support to Southern Division Community Ministries team. This includes aiding the Divisional Director for Community Ministries, information management and communications to Community Ministries Centres and staff, and CM event management.

The role is crucial to enable the Divisional Director for Community Ministries to work strategically, responding to the needs of the South Island division, through effective organisational ability, communication, minute taking, and administration skills.

Key tasks administration clerical support. Effective communication and collaboration. Events co-ordination support. Mission support. In this role you will find fulfilment and purpose with challenge while supporting and helping others.
