Administrator Work Outcomes GP Limited location Waikato.

Active+ Waikato provides premier vocational rehabilitation, physiotherapy and occupational therapy services throughout the Waikato/Lakes district.  We place an emphasis on quality injury prevention, early treatment and rehabilitation services to improve the health and well-being of our customers.

Active+ Waikato are seeking an outstanding Administrator – someone who is professional yet personable, takes a strong interest in our organisation's values and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the administrative responsibilities for our Te Kuiti clinic are managed efficiently.

The hours of this position are 31 hours per week working Monday to Thursday between 8.30am and 4.00pm and Friday 9.00am – 12 noon. Job-share may be considered for the right applicants.

In addition to general reception duties, responsibilities include managing client bookings and referrals. Invoicing. Weekly banking. General administration, including ordering supplies and typing documents. Keeping the clinic presentable. Assisting staff and contractors with queries. Customer service queries. Ad hoc projects as required.

Our successful applicant will have the following skills and experience receptionist experience. Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and IT systems. Excellent communication skills. High attention to detail. A team player, yet able to work independently.
