Credit Control/Debt Recovery. Need To Have Driving License, Salary $2000, location Jalan Besar. Working Days 5.5 days 10/10.30am to 7.30/8pm.
Duties collecting payments directly from customers & Keeping accurate records of payments. Calling customer to check and update on the payment status. Confidence and the ability to place pressure tactfully on customer who owe money. Listening & understanding the financial issues of customers and subsequently negotiating repayment plan. Good communication & problem solving skills.
