The role we are looking for an experienced and proactive Receptionist / Corporate Support to join our close-knit administration team. The role has the two-fold responsibility of providing a positive and professional first impression to all guests and visitors, and to provide a high level of office management services and duties to ensure a smooth running front office.

Key responsibilities greeting incoming clients and visitors in a friendly and positive way. Quickly notifying the person being visited and offering refreshments to the guests while they wait. Coordinating all conference room reservations and ensuring that the rooms are set up appropriately prior to meeting with all technical needs. Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls and providing basic information when needed or requested.

Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail. Interacting with courier companies and accepting all deliveries. Maintaining a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations as provided by the company and building management. Handling special administrative projects as requested by the Executive Assistant team including database management and preparing presentations. Keeping the office supplies and basic kitchen necessities stocked and organised.

Skills and requirements part-time role and must be available to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Whilst Omera Partners is an egalitarian environment, you will be dealing with Board Members and C-level executives of Australia’s top ASX-listed companies and therefore diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality are vital. Microsoft Office, video conferencing set-up and troubleshooting, internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. Familiarity with CRM tools / databases will be an advantage.
