This is a 20 hour per week part time permanent position with a degree of flexibility around when those hours are worked each week

Mō te tīma/About our Team the CRSO plays an important support role in the operation of a court and you will provide administrative support for three Family Court Coordinators enabling them to contribute to the operation of the Family Court by co-ordinating specialist services and playing a key role in managing relationships with management, the judiciary, professional service providers, legal practitioners, court users and community groups. When you join us, you'll play an important part in helping to keep our communities safe and ensuring our justice system is fair and credible. We work together to ensure a safe and just New Zealand.

To be successful you will have knowledge of Courts systems and processes related to accountabilities of position. Retains a professional manner within a busy and often unpredictable work environments. Highly organised and able to work within specific time constraints. Experience in front-line customer service or administrative support type role is desirable. Demonstrates a good level of interpersonal skills. Able to confidently address large groups of people is an advantage. A practical knowledge of clerical processes and systems is desirable.
