Systems Support Officer Randstad Digital location Melbourne. $40 - $45 p.h. Inclusive of Superannuation.
Systems Support Officer. $40-50/Hour Inclusive of Superannuation. 6 Month contract. Hybrid Work Model. Seeking a Systems Support Officer to join one of our leading Government clients. Initially a 6 month role that will involve collaborating with a dynamic and innovative team with the potential to extend.
Responsibilities monitor and resolve service desk tickets, focusing on level one, some exposure to level two support. Provide technical assistance to users and external users of the supported systems.
Provide support for the use of Oracle Primavera Cloud, Oracle Aconex, Oracle ERP, iTWOcx and SharePoint. Provide 1st and 2nd level support for all in scope supported applications. Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud, Oracle Aconex, Oracle ERP will be highly regarded.
