Responsibilities ensuring working in team to deliver quality work in strict deadlines. Monitoring construction processes, and providing to new staffs. Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulation at all times. Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections. Scheduling regular meetings with architects, staffs, owners and directors.

Writing a reports, budgets, project plans and presenting them to clients and relevant staffs. Working closely with architects and other professionals. Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancement in construction. Assisting in recruitment and training new staffs. Processing paperwork and travelling to multiple sites as required.

Requirements diploma or higher qualification. Singaporean or PR. Good to have 2  to 3 years experiences in construction industry. Valid 3 driving license. Excellent in written and verbal communication skills. Handle email and paperwork efficiently.
