Senior Administrative Officer, Temporary part time position, 2 days per week. Sydney + hybrid/flexible working options

Temporary part-time position, 2 days per week (Wednesday and Thursday). Based in Sydney CBD with a hybrid/flexible working option available. DCS Clerk Grade 7/8: $101,947 +super (pro-rata).

About the role if you are an experienced Senior Administrative Officer looking for an exciting part-time role, working in a friendly and supportive team, then this is the role for you. We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join the ICT Business Engagement Team on a part-time temporary basis. The successful candidate will provide a range of executive support and high quality business administration services to facilitate the delivery of key programs of work within the team.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly organised, self driven team player with experience in the coordination of meetings, schedules, reporting and keeping stakeholders updated with agendas and papers for governance meetings.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong communication, collaboration and coordination skills, with demonstrated experience working with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organisational and administrative skills, preferably with prior experience in supporting a busy executive.

Experience in secretariat functions including drafting and preparing quality correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations, and briefing notes. Have proven high level of attention to detail and the ability to develop, maintain and update administrative practices, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
