Position available in our Newmarket store team members are responsible for providing exceptional customer service in store. You will be fully trained by a 'Master Piercer' who has over 20 years of in-depth knowledge of this specific industry. This role will suit someone who is naturally energetic and a genuine people person.

Duties include provide a high level of customer service. You will be required to learn and undertake body piercings (nothing below the belt). Keep the store to a high standard of cleanliness. Weekends and public holidays are days we work. They are not negotiable.

Skills the primary objectives of the role are to ensure that all customers receive efficient, caring and professional service at all times. Excellent communication skills with customers and fellow team members. Must maintain a high standard of presentation.

Ability to approach, connect and perform piercings. Demonstrate a strong customer focus in a mature manner at all times. Act with integrity and be able to use initiative. Be reliable, punctual and honest. Previous retail sales or experience preferred, although not necessary.
