Recruitment Officer South Eastern Sydney Local Health District location Sydney.

Where you'll be working you will be working in the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, at the Randwick Campus with some travel required around the Local Health District. You will have access to public transport including the new light rail, and could even head down to the beach on your lunch break! We're close to shops, amenities and the local food scene in Randwick.

The role oversees and manages high volume end to end recruitment with a focus on exceptional customer service. This role provides professional, expert advice and support across the full range of recruitment activities and works closely with the business to understand hiring requirements to attract, select and retain high calibre candidates.

Selection criteria relevant tertiary qualifications in Business/Human Resources and/or extensive demonstrated experience in a Human Resource/Workforce/Recruitment orientated role, or a combination of both work and study.

Demonstrated experience developing the capacity of managers/staff to align with best practice recruitment and staff establishment functions. Demonstrated extensive experience and commitment to providing a quality customer service, including a proactive approach in responding to customer needs.

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to influence behaviour and manage client expectations across the organization. Demonstrated high level organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to proactively prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.

Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a values based team environment to achieve quality outcomes. Demonstrated commitment to providing a solution focused service and the ability to apply initiative to continually improve outcomes. Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Human Resources Information Systems and electronic recruitment systems.
