Receptionist or Admin Support Laidler Greig Accounting location Sydney.

About us we are a well established Accounting firm based in the Sutherland Shire, we are looking for a bubbly organised personality to join our team. The successful candidate must have a sense of humour and a can do attitude who believes no task is too big or too small.

Tasks & responsibilities receptionist duties including answering the phone, directing calls and taking messages. Preparation and management of incoming and outgoing mail. Calendar/ Diary management and meeting coordination for the accountants, prefilling appointments. Greeting of clients with a friendly and positive attitude, advising staff members of their arrival. Ordering of office stationary and supplies.

Scanning & Filing of documents. Processing client payments/issuing receipts. Maintaining the professional presentation of all office spaces and common areas, maintaining kitchen supplies, General office tidying and cleaning. Assisting the Senior Admin with processing of jobs and other requests when needed.

To be successful in this role the highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour. Minimum of 1 year experience in a reception/admin role (not essential).

Skills required excellent communication skills. Attention to detail & accuracy. Quick learner and ability to take initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent time management, organisational, interpersonal and customer service skills. Pro-active working style & a collaborative team player. Motivated to work in a fast paced environment. Positive can do attitude, MYOB experience would be an advantage.
